One of CORE’s favorite events to support is called Stems: A Garden Soiree.  This now-annual event raises hundreds of thousands of dollars for the city’s botanical gardens, children’s farmstead, and public art through ticket sales, sponsorships and donations all taken using the online system.  We also provide two of our FastPAD POS stations to process sales from the on-site gift shop, silent auction, and plein air art show sales.  Several of CORE’s staff members volunteer at the event (and party a little bit!) which allows them a bit of operational experience using our system. We are proud to provide advance ticket sales, both online and via automated kiosk on-site, for the Billy Graham Library, in Charlotte, NC.  Group booking reservations are also provided with the CORE system along with daily export of demographic data to the fund raising systems of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.  Our systems interface with the show control for entry flow and we have a rather sophisticated capacity control system that tactically modifies the available entry flow by date, time and prior reservations. Our systems host ticket sales for the annual Halloween event at Arnold’s in Pennsylvania called “Scare World”.  Click Here or the logo to the left to visit the demo of this site’s online reservation system.  CORE can provide ticket fulfillment or, as Arnold’s does, the site can issue and mail tickets themselves.

Event capacity control by date and time is an available configuration of the CORE system.

CORE Cashless is far more than just money management systems.  Our system knowledge can be used in a variety of venues, including events, shows, donations & contributions, camp and tournament reservations.

One of CORE’s clients is the Arts & Recreation Foundation of Overland Park (Kansas). Besides this being an excellent opportunity for CORE to support our local charities, we found a way to help them increase their sales, attendance, and contributions at their annual events. At The Nutcracker Tea Party, CORE’s online system sells tickets and reserves seats for the mothers and daughters who love this holiday event.  By visiting ARFOP’s web site, the purchaser can click on “Buy Tickets” and be taken to the site CORE set up for this event to choose which party they wish to attend, choose their level of patronage, and pay with a credit card. Once at the venue, they may purchase gift shop items and photos as sold through one of CORE’s FastPAD POS stations.

The Overland Park Green Space Golf Tournament is another opportunity where tickets and reservations are completed online. Capacity control is an obvious feature of our implementation as you can only fit so many golfers on a course at one time.  Try the Demo Site Here!
