Example 1: If you buy another card system where the software/support cost are buried in the card cost of say 42¢ each - use 100,000 cards a year - you will be paying about $40,000 per year for that software and support. Chose CORE and you know all your cost - and the total cost of ownership is less.
Example 2: You signup with a card system that hides the real cost of operations - they tell you that you can buy your own cards - but have to pony up 3¢, or more, for every barcode or magnetic number you need unless you buy cards from them - an those cards are at an inflated price too. But with CORE we actually help you get the lowest cost for your cards, and we don’t charge number fees.
Example 3: You select a system that promises support for the system will only cost you when you use it! Well - better check what it will cost you and how hard it is to get them to answer you when you do have a problem. Oh, and check for exorbitant after hour fees and the requirement that a credit card number is provided before they will help in anyway.
